Wishes & Gifts

Hello dear friends & family,

We have been getting a lot of questions about gifts and wishes for the wedding. Having been together for a few years already we are fully equipped and gifts would be a luxury.

The most important thing to us is that you are able to come and share in the celebration: we do not expect anything in return. However, for those who would like to buy us a gift we have put together gift lists under our names (you can also use the date of the wedding) at Brødrene Pedersen in Stavanger and at Illum´s Bolighus in Copenhagen. We are also hoping to travel in the future and are saving for furniture, so a donation is welcome.
For those of you who wish to travel light, gifts can be dropped at either our place in Copenhagen (Gartnergade 16, 2200 Copenhagen) or our parent’s places in Stavanger (Gottfried & Solveig - Hjelmelandsgaten 91, 4012 Stavanger OR Ketil & Grete -  Valahagen 2, 4070 Randaberg). Anything you chose to give us would be very much appreciated, but please don´t feel obliged!

These links will hopefully guide you in the right direction.

Illums Bolighus

If you have any questions, don´t hesitate to ask!

Yours,

Ivar & Øydis

Hotels and similar services in Berlin

Dear all,

if you are looking for a place to stay in Berlin, during the days in May, there are several options available. There are many hotels and hostels in Berlin, and a good place to find and compare prices is www.hotel.de and www.hotels.com. Furthermore there are a lot of people that rent out their apartements to tourists and visitors for a reasonable price. If you are interested in this solution, take a look at the different possiblities at www.airbnb.no.

For your information during the last week of May there is the Art Bienalle, so it is probably going to fill up in the hotels and apartements in the city.

If you have any questions regarding areas of the city to stay in, dont hesitate to contact us:)
